Apple Store app showed up at 3am, selected gold 64 AT&T, had to run downstairs to get my wallet because I couldn't remember the 3 digit code I was so tired. Clicked submit. By the time I got back upstairs I had my confirmation email with a time stamp of 3:02. Made it in the 1-3 day group with 9/30-10/2 delivery. Hoping it comes in next week instead. I'm much more excited after going to Best Buy and playing with the silver one they had out. Very happy with my choice to wait for the Gold though.

Everyone didn't believe me when I said stores would be aplenty in stock

Well, I went to the Verizon store at 3:30 PM and they had tons of iPhones in every color (except gold of course)

I am currently enjoying my new iPhone 5s! How about you guys?

Went to an apple store, no 64gb AT&T in stock

You must be in an area of low demand or very lucky. Every store in a 100 mile radius is now sold out of all models around here. Even the space gray.

Not an area of low demand at all, the mall I got this from got THE highest revenue per square foot in America just a few years ago.

So I'm going to bet I was just lucky. Also, the lady just informed me I got the last one at their store

I walked into an AT&T Store in Maryland around 1230p, and walked out 15-20min laters with a 64gb 5s. No line, no wait. Meanwhile at the Apple Store a few miles away, the line was at least 50-60 deep. <shrug>

The one I just bought it from is completely out of stock
The second one is out of 16GB models, and 32GB Silver, but still has 32GB Gray
The third one says they have under 10 left, but wouldn't specify which

I guess I got VERY lucky then!

Went to Bestbuy at 10am this morning and walked out with my new 5s 64gb space grey. Very happy camper.

Side note: That was the only model they had available for AT&T.

Best buy in Brooklyn ceasars bay store has verizon 32 and 64gb as of a few minutes ago. I got mine early am from a verizon store but was just at best buy and asked. Waste of waking up early lol. The said att sold out fast. Also could be because verizon now sucks in nyc and att is decent.. I the great reversal.... :/. Damn my amazing grandfathered plan(unlimited and $$ wise) with verizon or I'd have switched to att.

You are right Verizon has gone down hill rapidly in the past year. I dont get good speeds in the Wall St area.

I debated going to my local Verizon. It's a big, new one... but I'm in a college town so I didn't know how many college kids would be using their student loans on "YOLO iPHONE 5s"

...so I played it safe and ordered online. Hopefully I'll have it in the next week.
