Hey I am just trying to get a strait forward answer to my quest can you provide some insight? I am an att customer, I wanted to pay full retail, did not see this option. I purchased the t mobile unlocked one. Now is this exactly the same as if I went to the att store and paid full retail or do i need to cancel my order. I just wanna put this phone on my current att plan/contract.

There are screenshots of customer service agents saying the opposite. My order says unlocked and I paid full price. If it's not unlocked, I'll just return it, but I think it's safe to assume it will work just fine on AT&T.

the unlocked noting means its unlocked worldwide. the only US carrier it will work for is Tmobile. end of discussion.

I was getting the same AT&T errors as you on apple.com. Finally gave up and ordered through AT&T directly but the ship times are so much longer

Right now i cannot order due to some issue on their side, I've been eligible for an upgrade for months, so nothing wrong with my account as such.
For both of you, do you have a past due balance for your AT&T bill? That will do it.

Ended up doing similar, on the Apple store it would not verify correctly with AT&T, I was eventually able to log onto the AT&T store, so I ordered from there instead.

So question, how does one add Applecare to the phone ?
