The "I just bought/ordered/got/shipped my new iPhone 5s/5c" thread, [Merged]

That is what is so confusing about all this. I was told people would receive in the order in which they placed their orders...but that is just not happening.

I am presuming it has something to do with capacity...the manufacturer runs 16s for so long, then the 32s, and then the 64s...and starts all over again. It's the only explanation I can think of at the moment.

Too many variables to account for but my cousins 16gb gold att ordered from Apple arrived today ordered 9/26. My friends Verizon 64 gold (ordered 9/20 from verizon) arrived a week ago. We are all in the West coast the only iPhone that arrived directly from China was ordered directly from Apple.

I have read about orders take a while to ship because of billing issues with credit cards that can't be charged again so the phones can't be shipped

You try to ship millions of phone (products) in a timeframe of 3 weeks :p Lets see how well you perform

But yes, it seems at random who gets an update with preparing for shipment or shipped.

Still no luck here, still on Being Processed :(

I did order mine like 2 days after the Europe guys on here who said theirs were shipping, so maybe Monday will be my day?
 
Hi all,

I ordered a T-Mobile (unlocked) 16GB gold earlier this week.

Delivery date is 11/26 - 12/03. Are the delivery dates generally accurate or have people waiting on the Gold 5S seen their delivery dates pushed out?

Shame for Apple, we're gonna a reach a 700 euros old phone, it was released on September and it's November and no signs! It's easier seeing an Alien than a iPhone 5S in Europe...

it's 20th December delivery time on a gold 32GB gold here in Sweden both in premium apple resellers and our carriers, so let's hope they ship it during this weekend or as you said you on Monday.

If they aren't capable of shipping in the timeframe they say, they should extend it. ;)
