This is why I am still sporting an early 2009 13" uMB with the 2.4 4GB in it, so tired of buying something then 6 months later something newer comes out?
I use my 2011 Base Mini 2.3 with 8GB and 500GB for everything else, but when going portable, it is easier to use the trusty old uMB.
Well, over 2 years after this thread was started, waiting for Haswell doesn't seem so crazy! Only about 12 more months to wait!
Not that I'm getting one. I'll be waiting at least another 2 years, if not 3. My next MBP will have at least 8 real cores, otherwise won't be worth upgrading.
