Most of the applications that I use on a daily basis is Mail, Calendar, Notes, Reminders, iWork, and Safari as many business “applications” have downgraded to websites. Only a few tasks required access to a traditional operating system, and the company provided access to virtual desktops. I also configured my Mac mini for remote access, but never truly used it because the iPad met my needs for work, school, and personal needs. I still need the ability to host a personal lab, thus the Mac Studio with Parallels Desktop. The great aspect of upgrading to the Macintosh is trading in my prior equipment for new equipment.
