It depends on who you've picked, but after blowing my money on attacking midfielders I've got a leaky defense so I'm picking as few defenders as possible (that'll be 3-x-x then)

Right – my final squad has been picked, and my 15 players have reported to my training camp for a strict regime of star jumps to get them into shape for the tournament.

For those interested in formations, Sporting Car Flags will be deployed in an attack-minded 3-5-2 formation. I'm going to dominate you in midfield, see.

Incidentally, we now have an impressive 18 teams lined up to take part.

I give up. I spent about 10 minutes trying to register to their stupid site. Apparently mine, nor any other zip codes are valid. Doesn't like Canadians clearly.

Hmm... the site states clearly that the competition prize is open to folk in 'the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., Mexico, United Kingdom, and Canada (excluding Quebec)', although people anywhere should be able to get signed up – it's just you're not able to claim the prize if you live outside of those areas.

Obviously, Vancouver isn't in Quebec (unless they've moved it since I last looked) so that can't be the problem – I know too that we've got at least one other chap registered from a country outside those listed. Odd.

I have to say, I found the site a little slow last night while sorting my team, out, I don't know if it would maybe be an idea giving it another go later...

I am new to this site...Does anyone know where i can get hold of a wall chart..for the mac?
Loads out there for excel but none for the Mac...

Yes, Paredes will replace Suazo if he can;t get over his injury; Bielsa has put Paredes in the starting lineup all of the last matches.

Fernandez is amazingly talented, but he seems to be in a weird emotional place ever since he left Colo-Colo. He has just never been the same. Anyways, he still puts deadly passes through the defence, he just isn't the best American player as in 2006. He seems slow to make decisions, and when he hesitates he loses the ball.

Bielsa will probably start up with Valdivia, but Fernandez will take over for at least one half of a game during the first three matches (maybe more). Valdivia is prone to get yellow and red cards, so you just can't keep it on the field the whole time if you can help it!

Hopefully, I have Sanchez. Will Paredes play if Suazo doesn't? What are your thoughts on Fernandez? Fans seem to prefer another.

On the matter of not being able to see folk's teams, somewhere there's an option we can select to 'Make team public', or something – that'll probably allow others to see our line ups.
