I'm also in Kentucky and I just wish the darn thing would start to head towards Texas..even though I'm leaving tomorow early in the morning and not going to be home till Sunday I'll fell alot better knowing it got here and my neighbor has it at his house

Just got off the phone with Apple Customer Service. I received an email saying that my pre-order was going to be delayed due to high demand, so I called them hoping it was to be a mistake. It wasn't...
I ordered a White 16GB iPad Wi-fi only, engraved on March 8th.
I was supposed to receive it on Friday the 16th, but now I won't get it until Tuesday, the 20th! I am very disappointed right now! I was looking forward to coming home and enjoying the retina display!! I even got ahead in my work so I could have time on the weekend to play with my iPad!
Haha I asked for a free smart cover btw, and that was sadly denied

I just got shipping notice finally. It says estimated delivery by March 15th at 4:30. It says Hold at FedEx Location service is not available for this shipment. I am having it shipped to my aunt's house in the middle of no where. Is there a chance it can accidently deliver?

did they not email you asking if you wanted a non personalized one like all the other people who were delayed??
My Apple TV just shipped. Now all I am waiting for is my iPad. However I noticed it states estimated delivery March 15th. That is weird. But most likely they will hold it until Friday.
If you have a unit that is listed as "delivers on March 16" you should call Apple ... sorry, maybe you have already ... this thread is really getting long.
i sure hope so. doesnt really seem like many people on this ipad are having that problem. at least past the 24 hour mark.
mines been 3 & 1/2 days since it shipped and still "not found" bahhhh

Oh, they did but I recieved two of them; one saying to reply or call Apple by 4PM central time and the other one said to do that by 6PM central time. By the time I read them it was 30 minutes too late. And that's when I called to see if they could still give me a non-personalized one.
