Chelsea are still in it as well if either Arsenal or United drop points and Chelsea wins on the same weekend it could be a 2-3 point spread between the top three...

COME ON LIVERPOOL. I'm wearing my shirt.

Looking like another big loss for Newcastle. Wonder if the bookies are taking bet on when Keegan will walk.

Not so happy about Man City, if it stays at 1-0 will mean Reading jump over Birmingham.

don’t waste your money, KK has lost millions on his Soccer Circus in Glasgow and needs the money these days. Newcastle were lucky Liverpool have the Inter Milan game to focus on as they could of made it a lot worse.

Maybe Newcastle would fare better if they changed their famous black and white stripes to all red shirts?

Science blokes have done a big study of all English league results since the end of the Second World War, and have confirmed that if you wear red you're more likely to pick up the win.

The report also says though that "players in yellow or orange shirts had the worst record". Bugger. Can't help but think we've skewed the figures a bit there.

So glad this guy doesn't referee in the premiership, it would 3 vs 3 every week.

Still unless there is a miracle, it will be 4 English teams in the quarter finals, be so cool if they all avoided each other.

El Niño!

Should be 4-0, but Dirk Kuyt is useless as usual.

The ref's pocket must be worn out from pulling his yellow every time someone falls down.

Things are looking good for the Reds...

I know, Øvrebø is a genuine arrogant tosser who has terrorised the Norwegian Premiere League for years, and gotten away with it somehow. There's not a game where he's not involved in some sort of controversy, mostly for extreme lack of judgement and/or the game. But for some reason the refereeing comity of the Norwegian FA seems to like him...as the only ones in Norway...

I've just had a look at the latest scores in the Championship and it looks like it's been a fantastic night for us. All our nearest rivals seem to have slipped up, hopefully we can capitalise on this when we play a cup-distracted Cardiff tomorrow evening.

We need to. Charlton loosing, Plymouth lost to S****horpe and Watford drawing with Bristol City. Only Stoke above us are winning I think.

Lets have a big one tomorrow night!

way to go pompy!

I actually did this about 3 weeks ago and this is how i picked it at the time.

The top is too close to call. Looking at it now I don't think Chelsea will get that close.

Seems like the FA have scheduled the Portsmouth - West Brom (BBC) semi final at the same time as Arsenal - Liverpool (Sky). Wonder which game everyone will be watching
