Are any of you Premier League boys looking for a new striker? :D

He looks to be in form on par with Ronaldo at the World Cup  .

2-0 Arsenal at mid-time. Looking OK so far. Stay on track, Henry!

:D

I was very pleased watching all of this game.. attack looked very strong at times. Little bit worrying how many chances we gifted Watford though..

Oh, well... Everton had to lose sometime, I guess... of course I hoped "we" could steal a point or three from notoriously unstable 'boro, but it wasn't our day... well, well... it was fun to be undefeated while it lasted... :)

Maybe I have to let my 'tar we're the little Everton shirt on every game night from now on...? ;)

Good luck to Peter Cech – he's been under the scalpel this afternoon having the skull fracture he suffered yesterday sorted. Obviously I'm not a Chelsea fan but it's never good to see a player picking up a nasty injury like that. Well, except for Robbie Savage maybe...

That was definitely a nasty looking collision. The current report is that he's come through OK, at least initially.

Oh, and sorry I put mid-time rather than half-time, I guess I translated from French a bit too literally.

Now, I know it's not a Premier League story (and strictly speaking, it's not really a football story) but I saw this on the BBC site earlier and it gave me a bit of a chuckle. :p
That is pretty funny. Hope Petr gets better soon and like you Jaffa, i dont support Chelsea either but it was a nasty collision.

Heheh. :D Thats a bit of a giggle. :)

Well, 2-0 to Man Utd...

Liverpool were bloody awful! I think this might be Stevie Gerrard's last season as a Liverpool player.

Lovely goal by Rio Ferdinand.

Now it's just Chelsea, Man Utd and Arsenal in the 'Title Chase' and it's not even November.

Come on the Gooners! :)

Yep! Arsenal were irresistible today. That five man midfield is working a treat at the moment. :)

Why does Arsenal always seem to have a game in hand. It was like that all last season.

Before Sunday's matches they were the *only* side with 7 games whereas everyone else had played 8 or 9. At the moment all teams are on 8 or 9 games played and *all* the other three teams who play championship football are on 9 games while Arsenal is on 8, I don't understand this at all. It p155es me off to see Bolton smugly sitting above them.

Obviously Arsenal aren't the only side with a game in hand in the Premiership.. who would they play for that game in hand? Wigan also have a game in hand. But yes - seeing Bolton above us is annoying - bunch of ****s they are.

That's the match I always look forward to - Bolton Wanderers v Arsenal - only a few weeks to go. We deserve to be above Arsenal, we've got more points.

That's the one game us Arsenal fans don't look forward to. Always bloody ruffle the Gunners feathers! :p

You should be more worried about Spurs. Defoe is hungry now. :D

Still feeling you made the right choice, aloofman?

In other Premiership news*, Dennis Wise is in talks with Leeds about their now-vacant manager's job. I think Leeds and Wise are well suited, actually – I can't stand either of them. ;)

* Yes, I know Leeds aren't a Premier League club these days but a lot of their delusional supporters seem to have a problem accepting the fact. :D

I caught the "Hull rooted to the bottom" on SS news yesterday Jaffa.. :( Any sign of things looking up soon?
