Yes, 2 16GB Verizon iP5s (2 Separate Orders place around 12:15am PDT) both Prepared for Shipment, Delivering 9/21

but my other order a black 16gb is at "processing items"

I think i said it before on another post. But i think a bunch of us will go from processing to shipped, once it does ship. And no in between. And everyone will freak out in the meantime. Or some of us it will just say processing till it arrives at our house. So i wouldn't be surprised at this point if my status didn't change till the last minute.

32 GB is still in Processing Mode. I know it doesn't matter since it's still being delivered 9/21.

Simply by checking the time you received your email when you completed your order.

My 32GB is Preparing for Shipment.
My 16GB is still Processing.

There was an issue with my bank thinking it was a fraud order on the 16GB phone, so I had to have Apple reauthorize the card, so I assume that is why it's still in Processing. Both to be delivered on 9.21 or earlier.
