I have to ask:

What was illegal in this video and why do you feel depicting a bunch of non-white folks in line buying 2 new iPhone's and reselling them to some organized resellers a sign of racism?

Maybe the only racist thing is that these non-white folks are much smarter because they know how to make money; sure it's morally not right to exploit our capitalistic country like this but they aren't even doing anything illegal.

I'm not racist myself, but the only color I look up to is the color of money: GREEN :D

This of course mainly happened in larger cities, New York for example. Nothing like that happened here in central Illinois.

Also the Asian people who were waiting in line did not make a great deal of money, as they were not purchasing the iPhones with their money, but with that given them by the people that they were working for. If they were lucky they got the minimum wage, but I doubt they got event that.

This all started with the iPad 2 launch. I remember it being sold out for months and each time I went to the store to wait in line, I was greeted by a good number of older asian people who bought 2 iPads and paid in cash every time. And this was in Durham, NC.

I thought Apple did away with paying cash in their stores because the scalping had become such a problem? Or did they backtrack on that policy?

Yes. Are you not aware of what observation means?

Please tell me what observation you've made then. Also I'll take your not replying to my original statement about you being the first to make a racist comment here on this thread as you admitting that you're the racist one here.

I also checked your other posts and half of them are accusing people of being racist. Get out of MacRumors man.

After having read through this entire thread and having read the various comments of how the scalpels are ruining the "Apple Experience", I thought of an article I'd read about during the iPhone 5 launch, a couple of Samsung employees had gone to an Apple store the morning of the launch to witness just what ingredient they were missing from their marketing blitz attempting to make fun of an Apple user lined up for the latest device. I honestly would not put it past Samsung to have coordinated or had something to do with this overwhelming amount of scalpers lined up on launch day at various Apple locations throughout the world. As even no techie people know, Apple usually has hundreds if not a few thousand people lined up for the launch of their newest device and what better way to ruin that experience for real fans of their various devices. I don't care if their American, Chinese,British, Spanish, Black, White, Indian, or whatever, if they're a scalper than they are what they are because it is an act that the are visibly demonstrating. Hopefully Apple finds a way to counter what has ruined a lot of loyal Apple users purchasing experience. Everyone should have the opportunity to purchase without judgement or disdain but maybe limit 1 per person and have them attach to their Apple ID. Don't agree with selling to contract only. I had preordered mine and have already received it but if I hadn't been lucky enough to get through the horrid preordering system (Apple & AT&T kept crashing), then I would've lined up Friday morning & would've probably experienced the same disappointment.
