Apple isn't and hasn't been a 'multi-billion dollar corporation,' for years now.
Unfortunately, you do. There's a lot of money to be made in cooperating with aspiring autocrats. Just ask where BMW and Mercedes were in the 30s and 40s.

As you've said yourself, it doesn't matter if Apple TV+ is slightly loss making, compared to the company's revenue.
The having a foot in the door of the entertainment industry is incredibly valuable.

I thought she had very eloquent words:
"The Savant is about the heroes who work every day to stop violence before it happens, and honoring their courage feels more urgent than ever. While I respect Apple's decision to pause the release for now, I remain hopeful the show will reach audiences soon."
Just remember that a school shooting took place the same day where several students died, and they did not have a moment of silence in congress for those kids. They had a moment of silence for a man who once said about the attack on Nancy Pelosi's husband, referring to the attacker who nearly murdered him with a hammer: “And why is he still in jail? Why has he not been bailed out? By the way, if some amazing patriot out there in San Francisco or the Bay Area wants to really be a midterm hero, someone should go and bail this guy out. I bet his bail’s like 30[,000] or 40,000 bucks. Bail him out, and then go ask him some questions.” and he also said this "If I see a Black pilot, I'm going to be like, 'Boy, I hope he's qualified.'"
Remember that when he is glorified online and used as an excuse to take away more of your personal liberties. Remember that when companies like Apple, among many others, are too scared to stand up for what is right and just in our current time.
I feel bad for his family and outright condemn his killing, but the reaction by those in power is completely out of control and outsized for someone who was an unelected B-tier right wing grifter. The comparisons of him to people like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is appalling to me. The fact that when Trump was asked about why they didn't lower the flags for the democratic lawmakers who were assassinated in Minnesota, he had no idea who they were or that it even happened. That speaks volumes about the state of our nation.

Perhaps they will film additional episodes that are more balanced. Note that Apple said they would “delay” release, not that the series had been canceled.

That's also the worldview of the FBI (because it's true). Or at least it was, until they deleted the relevant data a few weeks ago.

What balance are you referring to? The vast majority of political violence since the 70s has been on the right. What political violence that there has been of the left, has almost exclusively been individuals.
If you want to take a look a violent political extremist groups in the US, then you are looking at right-wing extremists.
By more balanced, do you mean sympathizing with the terrorists or promoting mass casualty events?
I believe the allegation is that Apple is delaying release to avoid irritating Trump, who Apple knows will (illegally) use the government to retaliate. That's clearly a freedom of speech issue.

Christ, even Ted Cruz was publicly lambasting what Trump and the FCC did last week.
Nobody should want freedom of speech getting trampled on!
Yeah I somewhat understand the position Tim is in but if I were him I simply would have resigned. Though (to paraphrase Tim) I would never be in his position because I have morals and values, which are apparently disqualifying at corporations in 2025.
