Looking for a case that holds the iPad 3 (third gen) and a bt keyboard BOTH.

There was a snappy little deal for the ipad 2 that held both. I think it was leather and had the logo cut out...

Any back cases available for the new iPad that are smart cover compliant?

Incipio has updated their website and has a Smart-Cover compatible back case for the new iPad. Theirs is called the "SmartFeather."

My favorite back case provider is Incase. Unfortunately, their website still only lists products for the iPad 1 and 2. Worse for them, their iPad 1 stuff just says "iPad" meaning with the "new iPad" naming convention, they are likely going to have to really change their overall website layout.

Went with the ZooGue case, I loved it on my iPad 2. It's adjustable to any angle which is super convienent when laying down. Also has sleep/wake function and provides full protection. Theres a coupon code out now for 20% off too!

I just caved and preordered the Incipio Lexington (had this type of folio with loop on 1st gen Yoobao and it was the best case IMO)

I also like cases that don't cover the front bevel (snap in design preferred)

$34 shipped not bad since most 4s cases cost that much

Hopefully it comes right in time for the 16th :D

This is my first iPad, and I'm waffling so badly on whether or not to get a Portenzo case. I love the concept, but I keep hearing terrible things about response times, longevity, etc...I tend to just buy a single case and run with it til either it dies or my device does.

Til I decide, I used some spare yarn to crochet a sleeve for my iPad, and I'm going to go today or tomorrow to purchase a Smart Cover and a stylus (digital sketchbook WOOOO). Should hold me over for a while.

I love the STM Skinny, but the tongue on the back and the gaps that expose the side of the iPad seem sort of annoying.

I was really excited about that one last night when I first saw it, and then I noticed how much of the bottom of the iPad that it leaves exposed. I know I'm being picky, but I want minimal scuffing if possible. Stuff like that drives me nuts. I know the iPad might get scuffed FROM the case, but you will never see that and if you buy a really nice one it should be very little.

I'm well pleased with my Speck iphone4 bumper case so I went to their site for the ipad. They are still working on the new ipad case but from what I've seen of their ipad2 cases it looks like the one for me.

Just like on my iphone it wraps securely around the back and edges without being too intrusive like the ones with the blatently obvious bumper guards, and of course it has all the usual stand up lay down positions. The one thing it does not seem to have are the magnets for waking up the ipad when you open it, but use some kind of suction to keep it closed. They have not said if the new case will have them.

As for my iphone4 case, I haven't taken it off since the day I got it. Has a great no-slip feel to it and I got it free from Apple due to the whole antenna gate thing. It has kept my phone in brand new condition for a year now, and with no screen cover, (I hate those things, feels like rubber when you slide you finger across it.)

I picked up the Bear Motion case on Amazon for $24.99 (plus a $0.40 lightbulb for the sake of free shipping). The thing got great reviews on Amazon for the iPad 2, and they are said to have great customer service.

Which one exactly?

The first out the door will most likely be guesses on the new back size.

I eat my own words :( !!!

I'm going to pass on the clear box solution and just ordered the new Otterbox!

90$ including 1day shipping..seems call volumes are high there and the site is sluggish..must be a rush on.

I looks good, very sleek, only black though which disappoints but..i guess it's better then giving apple another 100$ for the applecare product..

Sold!

I've got a Defender on my iPad 1 64 gig 3G and I was hoping they'd have one for the new iPad.

I'm over in NYC next week from the UK, anyone know if there's anywhere in Midtown Manhatten that sells Defenders?

Cheers.

Still waiting for yoobao to update their shizzle...
What's taking them so long?

Speck Magfolio or iFrogz Summit, depending on what new colors and prices are offered. I like a standing folio case with snap on back cover that doesn't interfere with iPad front screen.

Anyone know of any skins that are set to be delivered by release? I see that Best Skins Ever says "Shipping as early as March 16." but I'm hoping for something to be delivered before then.

Also, any case manufactures have anything other than black available?

I'm the same man. I was going to pull the trigger on the Smart Feather, especially considering the 15% coupon code in the other thread.

I don't like how it's open on the bottom. If it was covered a little more, I would be all over it.

I'm looking to buy either the Marware Microshell Case or a Case-Mate Barely There once they release those.

I'd like to have something ahead of time as well, on Zagg's site for the LeatherSkin for the New iPad, it says:

This product typically ships within 1-2 business days.

The you order it and get an email saying:

This order will be shipped using:
USPS First Class
Estimated ship date:
