The SS Apple Watch Leather Loop update thread

No movement on my Leather Loop NOR my Apple Watch still. Ordered 3:10 EST on the 10th.

I thought about it but everything says June anyways that I want and my luck they would ship and charge the same day and then I would have to go through the hassle of shipping one back. I also had called apple last week about changing my order and they had told me at the time on the phone that if I changed it to another option that I would get it at the same time anyways since all orders were back ordered until June (SS models).
 
A friend of mine went to an Apple store to try them on and got some photos.

Thought id share them here to help with the wait.

Nothing new for me with my Blue Leather Loop but hopeful we will see movement this week.

You will not be happy with the large band...you will probably want to get the medium. I am at 177mm and the large band overlapped with the face of the watch.

I'm 180 mm wrist size exactly and I'm waiting on a LARGE blue leather loop. Anyone know any exercises that build wrist girth? I have 4 - 6 weeks to increase my wrist size ## before my watch arrives.
 
Just got it!!! I will post my unboxing video as soon as I finish playing with....the.....charger that I ordered several days ago and received today.... I can walk around and play with sticking it to stuff, that's like playing with the watch...right?

It's down for everyone, most likely from people checking their order status every 30 seconds 🙂
 
Me too. Hopefully they are not changing the date to even further. I know it sounds bad but if I start seeing everyone wearing an apple watch before I get mine I won't even want it anymore. I could have dealt with it if all the June orders came in June but reading people comments on ordering last Wednesday and getting on launch sure is irritating.

My son, who ordered a 42mm SS brown leather loop on the afternoon of 4/10, just got an email from Apple saying that his order has moved from 'June' to 'May 29-June 11'. Technically still June, but looks like Apple is getting a better idea of when leather loop bands will be available.

My 42mm SS blue leather loop ordered at xx:11 is still 'Processing' with May 13-May27 ship date...no change.

Received pretty much the same email but June 3-16 dates.
