Verizon Not so Great

I hear people with AT&T complain about their network; I was one of them. I switched to Verizon for three months after complaining about the service on the iPhone. For the entire time that I was with Verizon, I complained about that service as well. It took my phone longer to download images and excel tables from emails. Service wasn't as good as I thought. I picked up another iPhone and compared them when I was on my last assignment. Last month I traveled through six states and many cities. The Verizon was slower, and had lower bars. Verizon is not "The Big Red" anymore. So many smart phones have put a drain on their older network. I know this, because my wife works for them in WA state. She loves them because of a discount with them. She doesn't have the data demand that I do.

So all of you people can sit behind a computer screen and complain all you want. Compare the two for two weeks. Download image rich sites to test the data speed. AT&T has come a long way from where they were in 2007. I am very happy with their service now that I have compared the two.

Say it ain't so, a negative comment about Verizon's holy grail network, it can't possibly be true.

It has so much to do with where you live. Here in Oregon the AT&T network and data is robust, sure it does not reach all of the rural areas that Verizon does but as far as where most people live and work no problemo

If you are a lumberjack on the west side of the coast range, you may want to go Verizon.

AT&T network complaints also came out of the very vocal San Francisco and New York people, where initially at least the mass influx of iPhones created real trouble for the network.

I have accounts for business from all four carriers, AT&T is not really better or worse all things considered, comparing multiple locations.
