Same in the Kingston store, someone was queuing since 1am. They've been giving out free water and coffee too.

I'm from Dubai, but i spent the last 5 hours tracking this thread and reading ur comments, I really envy u guyz
anyway,
since am coming to London on 17th of July, I would like to get an iphone 4 from there BUT I'm wondering if i have to PRE-ORDER it first ? or it will be available at that time

Hey, so I'm working in Dubai ATM with my dad... and one of the guys at the office said that apparently Du will be gettng it sometime in august... I'm not sure how true it is cuz like u, I thought it was coming here some time in september, but it would be nice for ppl here if it comes a bit sooner... i REALLY don't envy you tho... I go back to england in july and will get one there... but the phone will probably be like DHS 5000 when it first comes liek the 3GS was...
oh, and also... my boss checked a site called emiratesavenue.com, and a few weeks ago they had some thing where you could order it, and they would deliver it at the end of july, and you pay when you get the phone... it was about DHS 3600 last time we checked... maybe worth a look?

you should call the apple stores over there a few days before going to see if they think they'll have stock, and check if they'll let you reserve one for when you get there...
Got to love O2 call from them on Weds, told phone would arrive between 8 and 12 today. Phone arrived at 7 this morning and is almost all setup.

The Exeter store told me they'd be keeping mini sims so no reason why yours shouldn't be either!
some of those lines are longer than I thought they would be. I'm just waiting for UPS but they sent it to a depot that is 10 miles away from me rather than the one thats only 5 miles away.
