Thanks for getting in touch about upgrading to an iPhone 4.
I'd like to inform you that since 01 September 2010, we've increases the
prices of iPhone 4. This is because we constantly review handset prices
to ensure that we remain both competitive and profitable across our
ranges.
Just so you know there is an increase of between £10 and £30 in the
handset cost on some of our tariffs from 1 September 2010.
We always aim to provide our customers with a great service, we don't
guarantee to always be the cheapest but we will always be open with our
customers about our prices. Our iPhone 4 customers will continue to
benefit from the best overall iPhone experience, including expert Gurus
in store, UK-based telephone customer service and benefits like Priority
Ticketing and O2 Priority List.
I understand that when you've visited the O2 store you were informed
that it will take 5 days fro an iPhone 4 stock to be available. Just so
you know we've limited amount of Phone 4 stock available. This is why
its available first come first serve basis. I'd request you to before
you visit to any store to purchase an iPhone 4, I'd request you to visit
