Quick question. My order just got moved up to Nov 11-18 but my Amazon order is expected next Tuesday.

Is there any reason to worry that the one from Amazon could be a knock off even though it says it is from Apple?

No.

Separate topic: I ordered mine on 26 September. It’s allegedly due for delivery between 6 and 13 November, but it’s still “processing”, so the chances of it arriving earlier within that timeframe are basically zero.

Seeing people in the USA and UK get their order dates moved forward, or them being able to order the thing on Amazon and get it a week later, while mine is probably still sitting on a slow boat from Shenzhen, is seriously pissing me off.

yep! That’s why I ordered mine on Amazon, but I just worry a little bit about getting a fake one for $200

I got mine today from Amazon. Worth every penny. I had previously purchased the link bracelet and was disappointed in the quality a few years ago.

In Canada. Mine ordered September 27 for delivery between Nov 7 and Nov 14. Nothing moved since yesterday when the amount was taken and the order shipped an hour ago. It shipped from Indianapolis though.

Still not sure whether a large or medium will fit best for me. Want the clasp fairly central.

I have the hook on the 4-3 from the end on an Alpine Loop if there are any here with similar size that can advise.

EDIT: Went for the large and will return if needed. 👍🏻

My wrist is 180mm wide and I ordered M as I want the clasp to be central.

Do not like the Milanese band on my Black Ultra 2 and removed it. Back to my favorite magnetic leather link! Want something that is instantly adjustable, on the go. I tighten my leather band when in a workout and loosen when not. The Milanese is a pain to do this.Sometime just getting the clasp to join is a PIA.
I love the leather link and take care of - a bit of gentle leather cleaner once in a while, never get it wet, but it still smells funky and sweat really doesn't do it any good. Even with care, the leather on the inside shows tiny, moisture damaged patches. Leather and workout, or any other kind of sweat for that matter, don't mix imho.

The previous Milanese Loop had a magnet in it that was prone to corrosion, and was never designed to be worn while swimming. What's more, the band tended to unravel as the day progressed and I can't even count how many times I cursed aloud when it pulled on the hairs around my wrist.

Reading your opinions I'm tempted to get myself an early holiday gift - this new Ti band seems to have it all.

My wrist is about 160mm. I ordered the Medium. Hope that was the right decision since I'm right on the cusp off small and medium. If not i'll exchange it. I don't mind the clasp a little off center but not completely to 1 side or the other. It looks like supply is catching up. I'm showing them all avail in store Nov 5th if ordered today. Mine arrives Monday and I ordered over a month ago.

I see posts about the band scratching the MacBook. Wouldn't any metal band watch do the same Rolex, Seiko, Apple etc?

Yep. Aluminium is a very soft metal — much more so than titanium or stainless steel — and it will easily scratch on contact with either metal.

figured but it's not like it's just the AW band. Most watches have a metal clasp. My Omega SMP has a huge clasp. It is what it is.

Large just arrived and the clasp is quite a way off centre so have ordered the medium for Monday delivery. Got 'til Jan 31st to return the L to Amazon so can compare the two.

I do worry about the medium being hard to get over my hand though as I have big hands. We will see when it comes.

Here's the large on me:

Finally got this band. WOW it’s so good. I barely know it’s there. It’s like barely there rubbers, dude.

I noticed that I have these scratches on the ceramic back of my black Apple Watch Ultra 2. I’ve been using the new titanium Milanese loop band. Isn’t ceramic supposed to be more scratch-resistant than titanium?

The Apple Watch Series 10 has an aluminum/titanium back, so I’m wondering if that might be better than ceramic

From what I’ve read, the titanium scratches pretty easily compared to the ceramic. It’s likely the coating on the black Milanese Loop that makes it hard enough to scratch the ceramic. I can’t remember if it’s DLC coated. The black steel Milanese loop is known to scratch sapphire.

Has anyone tried the Ultra 2 Natural with a black Milanese titanium loop? I wonder if this combination looks good.

Medium has arrived and it's much more central than the large. If I was being picky I'd like it over to the left a bit but can't do anything about that. I will adjust it tighter that way when I go out on my daily walk anyway as my wrist always shrinks in the cold. Annoying with the Link Bracelet, but this is easy and quick to make a micro adjustment.

It’s the band to end all bands. I got mine the other day and it is amazing. Looks good, light, wears beautifully and is suitable for almost any occasion. I’ll still use my trail loop for longer runs, and probably my ocean band for the beach (Milanese loops and sand is crunchy). But I could easily do it all with this band.

Just received my medium natural titanium Milanese AWU band. Got it in Saturday and absolutely the best Apple band. I’m so glad I went with the medium size as my wrist size is 7 inches. The buckle fits perfectly middle of my wrist. The reviews are spot on and would highly recommend this band.

Absolutely. I have been waiting for an all in one Apple Watch band. This one absolutely fits that. Being titanium, I’m not afraid of wearing it for every occasion. Apple hit it out of the park with this band. Yeah 200 bucks is a lot. But considering how many bands I have. This one replaces them all

Changed my mind and returning it. 😕

The positioning of the clasp, the extra care needed to remove and put on and the slight imperfection of the chain (could see an even gap all the way at both edges, like a black line). Just not worth the £199 to me.

I'm more than happy with my S10 Slate with Slate LB and will keep using my Ultra 2 for sleep tracking and occasional use.

I still like the band and looks great on you all, I just to have to be very happy with mine to justify the cost.

How big is your wrist? Mine is 185mm.

Both the medium and large sizes sit slightly off to one side on my wrist. The medium fits a bit better, but if I want to loosen the strap i think the large is more comfortable. The downside of the large is that there’s more titanium
