Carrier The Verizon iPhone X Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

I called in to VZW as well as used the chat. Chase flagged the charge as fraud then I went ahead and approved it.

They said everything about my order looks right even though I insisted my card should have been charged but tbh they didn’t seem to give a s*** about me or my phone. If anyone has any advice or anything would love to hear it.
 
I have a pending charge for the full amount and just noticed the date disappeared from my order status on Verizon. I’m not sure what that means.
 
Good grief that you as a tortuous call. After waiting a long time, I explained the situation to the person and she put me on hold for several minutes. When she came back, she said the only thing to do is cancel the order and start again. I said noooooooo. I explained this had happened before and they had sent me an email with a link to update my payment information. She put me on hold again to research further. While on hold, I got the email to update my payment info and updated it and it went through. When she came back, I told her about what had occurred. She refreshed her system and confirmed it had gone through.
 
Confirmation e-mail at 2:58am EST (minutes after my order). My card was charged within the last 15 minutes. Still says processing.

I purchased my SG 256 early at 1:21am CT
 
Anyone with two orders pretty much minutes apart with 11/3 ship dates been charged for only one of the devices ordered and not all of them?
 
Just got pending charge for full price. Pre-ordered at 2:55 am Friday and email said 11/3 delivery.
 
I was surprised to see my card charged already. I have ordered many times for launch day from Verizon and my card has never been charged until a day or 2 before delivery. I think that in the past the phones were already stateside but maybe this time they are still in China.
 
Wow, I said that wrong lol. I meant to say that it seems like they are still processing the orders that came in before 3 am.
 
For those with location code of N211601 --- Last month I pre-ordered the 8 Plus on 9/15 and it ended up shipping out of Westchester, PA and then held in Elizabeth, NJ. Here's the tracking history for the 8 Plus last month from Verizon.....

Facts .

On my VZW app just changed from pending to processing as well.

Made no sense people saying that pending was 'better' then processing before..
