Ordered two phones on separate orders to avoid getting screwed like last year, at 2:57am and 3:25am EST. Confirmation emails received shortly after order. Got new email at 7pm 10/28 that payment failed. Updated payment info via their link, and was instantly charged for the 2:57 order. Estimated delivery of 11/3 vanished as expected. Called to confirm, and rep said it has shipped. However, she said I would get it before 11/3, so her credibility was diminished significantly. Advised her not to suggest that to other customers, as that is extremely rare.
As of ~11pm EST still haven't been charged for the second order. Luckily that one is the wife's 🙂. No tracking can be located via all the reference number tricks. Not concerned, but I hope my info helps.
