Apple website wouldn't load till about 3:15am, so I logged onto Verizon. Got my confirmation email at 3:20am for a Silver 256 GB to be delivered on 11/3. Hope it’s not too good to be true.

Yeah me using their regular website. Tried several different times because app wouldn't work. Finally got app to work and now have monthly payments but no clue when ship date is.
With my debit card, I will get a text once verizon actually makes the charge before shipping.
Like many others I was lucky enough to get a 11/3 delivery date due to Verizon being early. I’m just concerned about Verizon not honoring early transactions.
Where did you guys get your ship date? After you ordered? After my order at 3:18 the app crashed and I received no ship date. The order confirmation email shows no ship date either.

I heard that people who preordered the 8 had the same issue. They'd have a launch day deliver date but it'd change to a launch day ship date. From my research, apparently Verizon just likes having wiggle room and those that had a launch day ship date still got their phones delivered to them on launch day.
Verizon has done that with every phone i preordered. If is says ship date as 11/3, it will be delivered on 11/3.
Preordered my 64 gb space gray iPX through VZW, but unfortunately my confirmation email reflects a ship date of 11/10. Oh well, they say patience is a virtue.

After spending 15 minutes on VZ, and trying out a couple phone #'s on my account, the only option I was getting since 3 AM even was 64 GB variants...
Went to Apple.com and ordered from Apple the 256GB variant.
Strangely, just looked into Verizon.com and it shows a order processing/shipped for a 256GB SG that I did NOT order or VerizonWireless.Com. I presume it's just the *order* that is commited to the phone line and not the phone ?

So we have an two gUDP lines. We only upgraded the one of our two phones. Trying to do it through the app, it wanted to kick us off the old UDP. Was able to retain it going online Will order the second x later
Was able to login early, around 256am, but order didn't go thru until after 305am as the app kept on giving me an error.
Received a confirmation email at 315am... 11/3 delivery!!!

At least you got that I got zero off the upgrade fee. I need call in the morning
They will honor early transactions. Call them and ask if everything is on track for you to receive your order on 11/3/17.
Finally got my $30 back. Got my Silver 256gb X though with a delivery date of 11/3. Man, that was stressful and exhausting...
I had to push and push and push until they finally agreed. Didn't get it knocked off my order, but they gave me a $30 credit on my account. Better than nothing.
