Brand new (well refurbished but damn it looks new) 2.4 ghz macbook pro 15.4 with a apple wireless keyboard and mighty mouse as well as an incase carrying case! Woot Woot!

-Josh :apple:

An iPhone from my Dad. Very happy. No other presents though, I haven't done the whole presents thing for like 3 years.

I'm 36 btw, LOL. Cool Dad eh?

I got a shiny, cool, holographic box with a big black X on it. :D I just wish I had an external drive to back up everything so I can install this!

I also got a gift set of Acqua Di Gio, the first season of Pysch on DVD, socks and undies, and the Monopoly Here and Now edition. Oh, and a $10 gift card to Chili's from my dad.

Me too! Tomorrow I see the other half of the family, and I'm hoping for an Apple gift card to put toward an AEBS.

Nice. I tried to talk my brother into letting me steal his external for a while so I can move some files off my MBP to install Leopard. I may just have to burn some of this stuff to DVD's and do a complete install.

Does anyone know if I can install Leopard onto it's own partition and keep Tiger? That might be the wise choice for now as I hear the Adobe products are a little buggy still. Anyway, I can't wait to get this up and running!

How on earth did you wrap all that up?
Well, the wife had a nice ribbon... :D

Pam and I also received some excellent gifts including a very contemporary sushi set...
Looking forward to visiting your home! ;) :p :D

Really happy this christmas.
My girlfriend just blew me....

Probably the best gift of all, my cousin brought over his MacBook Pro and we did a Video Chat with my cousin who's stationed in Iraq for another half year. We put it on a swivel stool and spun it around to show everyone, and we did a gift swap in front of it so he could see. My uncle opened his gifts for him, and they'll be mailing them off shortly. It was amazing, and really shows how far technology has come.

And some good ol' christmas cheer! I had a wonderful day and I hope everyone else did too!

Merry Christmas! :)

Total Mac hual this year!

My haul wasn't extremely large this year (as my iMac took care of it), but almost all of it was mac related.

1) 4 gigs of OWC ram for teh iMac

2)novelty 4x5 of like 4 pieces of glass all having to do with a trumpet, don't even know why I got it. Yes I play trumpet, but...

3) Cool car safety kit, It has some essentials everyone needs in their car. Sadly the tool kit is in imperial, My car is metric...

4) AirPort Express

5)Pinnacle TV for Mac HD Stick Not the exact model I wanted, and I will prolly switch to a QAM capable one when one shows up. However, it's EyeTV compatable...even if it is only the lite version (and the upgrade is $50)

6) About $150 in various giftcards (more than half is AMEX or VISA)

7)$70 in Gate gas cards I really needed these, and as I get 30mpg, and have
a 11gallon tank, It will last...

8)Subscription to MacWorld. I am looking forward to some mac-inspired british literature. British+Mac=Devine

9)$600 worth of debt forgiven on my iMac

10) Various candies, gum, and office supplies in the stockings

11)$45 in iTunes giftcards

I'd say it's a pretty good haul, I have ideas for the giftcards, I currently typing this over my APEX and my printer is hooked to it as well. Good thing too, because the printer had my last USB port in my entire machine (including hubs), that way the tuner could take its spot. And I am watching Bones in HD in my desktop.

Twas a good day, as will become, even better a night.
