Which part of Zelda: TP was that? Honestly don't remember. Are you talking about Zelda: Phantom Hourglass?

As for the Mario Galaxy, I never felt pushed to do it. I beat the game, it was over. If I wanted to go in and play any levels, I can still do that as Mario with everything saved. If I want to try out new stuff I can do that as Luigi.

Why does it make sense for a game to not offer you and optional extras once you beat it, and also make it so you can never play again?

Yeah PH. I get them all mashed up. :D

I'm not saying to make it so you can never play again, I'm saying make it so that you can chose to not have to sit through stupid plot stuff and character helps such as this is how you do a power butt drop or whatever. I think you should be encouraged to play again...by them stripping out the extra bits and letting you get into gaming. Amazingly I played games for 3 console generations before suddenly needing to be taught for 30-45 minutes in game how to play :D Maybe not that long, but after all the intro movies and all that...from turning on to playing the damn game.

Ah, so just take out the instructions? Yeah, that would definitely be nice.

Yeah, I feel like I've played games that gave you the option or if you chose a certain difficulty level the instructions went off. Also I kind of miss the optional level for learning controls. So you can do it once AND go back to it whenever you need to refresh but it doesn't cut into the actual game play.
