This 2 week wait is killing me

If you have a non iPhone and you're waiting then yes, it is a big deal. Is it bigger than worldly issues happening right now? No. In my own life it's got me slightly excited and I look forward to 9/25. I still show up to work and spend time with my family :) Being excited about a phone doesn't mean you're pathetic or lame.

Focusing on work. I have an iOS coding project that's due at the end of the month and I want to get ahead before 9/25.
 
The wait is pretty long but only because I am using a 6 and not the 6+ I sold previously. I can't believe how bad the battery is on the 6 but that is just because I have been spoiled by the 6+ of course.

This. I'm already running iOS 9 and watchOS2 GM's but no Apple Watch apps are out yet. Hopefully this'll change soon.
 
Even worse, on 9/25, I have to go camping with my peers (real camping not camping at Apple store). I won't get back til Sunday so Wth..

I bought a 6+ to use for the next 10 days to help my Nexus 6 withdrawal symptoms. Got the 6S Plus reserved for the 25th pickup, when I will also return the 6 Plus. I'm almost over the Android shakes.

Same here. I'm going to install iOS 9 on my iPad although probably not my phone. I am also looking forward to Watch OS 2 as well. Plus I have my 6 Plus to use in the mean time especially as I got an extension from Envirophone up to the 29th to send my 6 Plus in.

Hell's Foundations Quiver by David Weber 10/13

Finally getting the updated 3DS - the Hyrule Edition on 10/30 - which will let me play Xenoblade Chronicles finally.

And hopefully I'll finish that by the time it's sequel is out in December.

And of course a number of movies. But I haven't paid for those yet, so it's not as bad (it's mainly a "I paid for it, so I want it now!" thing for me. >.> Normally I can control it but it's stretched too many ways.)
 
Going to be my first time in getting in line for a phone let alone an iPhone. I've always been the one to wait and purchase a phone month or two later. Looking forward in seeing how it is :D
 
OP- how are you holding up? You wrote this post 11 days ago, you must really be suffering by now! Those poor people trying to flee their war-torn country in Europe have nothing on you are going through having to wait forever for this! I hope you're ok and are finding ways to cope.

Where is phoenix will you be camping out? I did it 2 years in a row at the San Tan store in Gilbert. Wasn't bad at all actually

considering i'm using my ipad and macbook on a daily basics i badly want my iphone to tie everything together.

I don't even have a phone to use during these 2 weeks... so yes it's hard!
Luckily I bought 2 so I'll always have a backup phone now!
