apparently "dogc" was censored for some reason, which affected dogcow

Oops. Don't know how that happened. I remember instructions on the guides page on how to upload images. To resurrect old guides, it would be helpful to offer instructions on how to review existing images, and upload new images to the MacRumors image library. Thanks!

I would think that if someone is editing it, it would lock it so another user can't edit at the same time. Not sure about that though.

I don't know if the technology allows for it, but upon request (pm) when the wiki in one post becomes too big, is it also possible for the second, third, fourth... post to have a wiki status? Or is it hardcoded to be the first only?

The advantage of multiple posts is that you can link to them for individual chapters or sections in your wiki, instead of having to continuously scroll.
(You can, of course, also make multiple threads and link to there...)

Excellent idea to have a 'wiki' thread, here; I can see it being of considerable use and help, as long as it is not abused.

Re post numbers in order to participate, 25 seems reasonable to me; a lot of people join the forum to fins an answer to a question or two, and have little interest in more extensive participation - accumulating 25 posts is not an insurmountable task.

it works in Mobile web. It won't work in Tapatalk however, since that's a completely different code base.
