We wouldn’t be having this discussion if smartphones began using removable batteries where you can swap out a dead battery with a fully charged spare.
True, but then we would be having the discussion of cheap crappy third-party knock off batteries oversaturating the battery market, blowing up, DOA, not holding its capacity for a full year, pretending to be genuine OEM batteries,....
You know, stuff that we dealt with on laptops for a number of years.
 
Too bad they didn't make a thick version with multiple antennas for great signal strength.
 
This is hilarious. Best part are all the thin buttons & speaker grills for a thin profile phone instead of using wide buttons to fill the edges to be more accessible.

Probably more for commercial, industrial or even military.

This thing has no drop or water resistance rating.

It feels like a Kodak smartphone, a last gasp in attempt to remain relevant.
