Bush initiated awful things, not last the iraqi war which was an horrible mistake (and for some reason now Obama supporters love Bush... he gives mints to michelle).
Obama made a mess in foreign policy, sorry. Libya, Syria, Egypt are his to own. While it’s true that North Korea is not entirely his, he failed any diplomatic approach after the ‘06 nuclear explosion (we will see if Trump will fail on this too; too early to tell). And under his administration the EU moved towards nationalistic feelings (obviously not his direct fault).
In domestic policy, I don’t have much against him except for the racial tensions and certainly the bad Obamacare. I always gave Obama credit for his early handling of the economy.

The controversial drone activity started with George Bush.

Obama did not start the "racial tensions" in America during his terms as president. Those were the result of a campaign of blatantly racist remarks made by American reactionairies (including by Congressmen) and were exacerbated by an unending series of racially motivated arrests/shootings/killings of black people by bad police officers (Professor Henry Gates being arrested for "living in his own home while black").

The first North Korea nuclear bomb test happened on Dubya Bush's watch: October 9, 2006. His "Axis of Evil" speech caused NK to evict the UN inspectors at their nuclear power reactor site that Bill Clinton had negotiated.

Obama had NOTHING to do with the 2004 Arab Spring popular uprising which ousted longtime Egyptian president Mubarak in 2011: "...the Tunisian Revolution spread strongly to five other countries: Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Syria and Bahrain, where either the regime was toppled or major uprisings and social violence occurred, including riots, civil wars or insurgencies...".

Also, if the Republicans had sincerely worked with Obama instead of the partisan House voting 60 times to "Repeal Obamacare!" The ACA would have been improved, but nooooo!

The real story here is not that Trump did what we all commonly do, no it's that Tim wanted to give a very public display of how 'pally' he is with Donald, for Donald. It's bonding with Trump because it publicly defends him. And if some people can take it as trolling, then so much the better as the ambiguity sort of mitigates any appearance of what it actually is. America never had a real dialog about Apartheid that was called Jim Crow and The Black Codes.
We called the concentration camps of the Japanese, "Internment Camps".
We called the genocide of the Native American. "The Trail of Tears".
You can't have an honest discussion if you never call it what it was.

Read again. I didn’t say that Obama started racial tension. Under him, new racial tension started (BLM etc). Obviously humanity is full of examples of racism from all races and creeds.
So far the only one that hasn’t really done anything bad about it is Trump; apart from a few (very) unfortunate words has probably done more from an administrative level to help all races than anyone else (and the criminal justice reform is just one of the examples).
