No design changes per say but I'm fairly confident we'll see a new colour at least.

Meh. Most people in this price tier really couldn't care less if it's a M5 or M4 or M3 for that matter. The big news recently was the base upgrade to 16 GB, and that is arguably much, much more important.

The Pros can have their latest and greatest SoCs, but it's simply not necessary for the MB Air line.

I’m guessing something related to brand? If I remember correctly, Apple has never tweeted anything from their account because they dont really communicate with people other than on press releases an ads through the media. It’s weird.

Heck, I’m just excited that this will drop the M1 and M2 prices even more since I need to buy my kids 3 new laptops this year. They certainly wont be getting new and any M series MacBook Air is a great buy.

Haha this is spot on. I would say it’s uncanny but Apple is utterly predictable these days. Only thing you forgot is a 10 minute spiel about Apple Intelligence, including a 5 minute spiel about the features that aren’t out yet.

Excellent news, been holding off upgrading my 13" M1 Air, a 15" M4 should be a big upgrade (battery in the M1, while excellent at first, has been draining a lot faster lately). Wish it was a 16" screen but you can't have everything. I probably will miss the wedge design though.

I concur except 2TB. Nano-texture on the iMac is a good omen for the M4 MacBook Air. I ordered a MacBook Pro on Feb 5 that never shipped. 🤷‍♂️ I canceled the order yesterday to see what the new MacBook Air offers this week.
