i just got an email that my order got cancelled (Apple Watch Sport 42 White Band)
In the mail was written that i ordered too many, but I only ordered one :(
Has anyone else that kind of problem?

I saw a few other posts saying the same thing as you. I would definitely be on the phone calling for any mistake.

The saddest part about your post is someone actually liked your post and did a vote up. How sad is it that someone is happy that you had trouble?

Hope this gets corrected for you right away. Apple's customer service is very good... err extraordinary and they better put you back in the right spot.

The cnbc.com link has a stutter just where the "sales are great" phrase is said, which mades it hard to see what he means. Whereas this twitter link is slightly clearer (still has a stutter, but not as bad). And after watching that, I think you can't read anything into it at all.

Apparently myself and everyone I know that ordered the black aluminum sport with black band is having their ordered canceled by Apple with the explanation we ordered too many. Each of us only ordered one. Phone customer service has no idea what is going on. :(

I think sometimes people upvote a post just to signify that they consider it important, or to attract attention to an issue. It does not mean that they are happy about what is happening to that person who is posting.

Wait what ? I ordered the same one as you and haven't got that memo ... Ordered at 12:01 with delivery dates 4/24-5/8 . Should I be worry ?

No, you shouldn't worry. Exactly two users have reported that problem here.

If you have delivery date 4/24 -5/8, then that is what will happen.

That speaks volumes.

He looked very happy and pleased... almost trying to contain his excitement when he said those 7 words.

I bet he was thinking to himself "Holy crap... we just sold 100,000 watches in a matter of hours"


When I first read this article... I was worried about Tim referring to the orders as "great" instead of his usual over-the-top adjectives.

But after watching the video... he was clearly giddy with excitement when he talked about the orders.

so inferring off of a grin is correct, but inferring off of the use of the word "great" is wrong?

What's with the red tip of Tim's Digital Crown? Only the Edition with the red leather band gets that.

I personally will never order something with more than one or two weeks delivery time. I'm sure I'm not the only one. So pre-orders _are_ affected.

Me too, this is the first time I order something that is expected to be delivered within almost 2 months...I feel frustrated about that. However, I could just cancel and that will fix the problem... Which I don't think is a better idea
