For me, the move goal should be a goal that you can get everyday, not just on hard training day. A goal that just take some bit of effort to get, just to move each day. If my move ring was almost never completed, the motivation to continue my training would be at the lowest.

I think the goal of activity trackers like the watch is to reach your goals as many days as possible. I dont think this kind of stuff is made for competitive or professional runners or of any other sports.

You guys who are trying to loose weight. Are you doing something else than walking around? Like intermittent fasting, Keto dieting or at least remove sugar and sweetener?

For me, weight loss only ever happens through diet; walking around more (and more briskly) is about being a bit less unfit which in turn can help keep me on track with eating properly.

Running and weight lifting and diet. Eating less and trying to eat healthier. One of the quickest and easiest things I like to grab are salads from Chick-fil-A. Make sure you get the balsamic or chili lime dressing though. And don’t put the toppings on the salad. I’m down 25 pounds and have gotten slack with the diet part and haven’t lost any weight since. Started at 245.

Between April 2014 and October 2016 I lost 105lbs by exercising and watching what I ate. I've been using MyFitnessPal since April 2014, and it really helps!

May: do 49 workouts that last for 15 minutes or more..
Last month was average 121 exercise minutes per day.. {made it by doing long bike rides}

Where do they come up with this stuff.. definitely pushing my limits.. at the gym, I usually do 35 minutes on the Elliptical followed by 35 minutes on the Treadmill then weights.. need to log the weight training now :( and log walks.. may make it.

Still don't have it. Did a reset on my phone and watch and nothing. WTF?

I don't get mine either. I only had my perfect month added at midnight on may 1st. I think we can forget the may challenge this month. Its already the 4th tomorrow.

My May goal is to close my Stand ring 15 times. This is actually the ring I close the least because I often forget to stand up and move around during the day at work.

36 workouts of at least 15 minutes. Won't be an issue as I get 31 of those automatically. Much easier than last month. I think I stress more about the new goals than I should. (For example, what June's goal might be.) Am I the only one that does less workouts (but continues exercising) out of fear of the potential of unreasonable goals set by Apple?

Double my Move Goal 25 times. This could be possible now that the weather is warming up and I can break out my kayak and stand up paddleboard!

That was mine last month. I think Apple should give you one recovery day a week. Doubling your move goal isn't a recovery day.

That is my April challenge! XD

Everyone have the perfect month challenge. Are you sure this is your unique month challenge? You should have 2 achievements added each month - one for perfect month, and the other for your personnal challenge.

Currently 32 workouts -May though mines are averaging 15 mins approx.
I'm keeping 1 weekday+1 Weeknd day at least initially.
49 is certainly challenging -not a challenge I'm going to manage :(

You just need to stop and start new workouts after 15 minutes. Mine was 43 workouts. I just completed it, but had to chop my actual workouts into multiple sessions on the watch. Stupid, but that was the only way to do it. 20 workouts of 30 minutes would have been more reasonable. I'm sure these are all algorithm generated. Not a lot of common sense built in.

Since returned from gym today-37 workouts.
When you kindly advised to use stop start- I hadn’t read this before todays session though as I have a gym insructor plan I found I had to take a breather pause during some sets I.e 3*12 or 36 excersises which at least helped me complete my 36’s
Maybe I’ll find xtra session before Sun+Tues .
Thanks enjoy May achievement!

If I keep my average up for the rest of the month, I'll have 54 workouts averaging 210 minutes each.

Edit: Totaled 55 workouts averaging 210 minutes each. At least I'm predictable.

I got the same. Close all three rings for 31 days. That will be a walk in the park for me (quite literally) since I close my rings every day anyway. I've closed them every day this year except for January 1st. Unfortunately, I was still new to the watch and didn't realize what was happening. And that bothers me tremendously! :) But I've hit every day after that.

I just got mine on Saturday. What do you wish you knew? Help out a noob!!

I just started using myfitnesspal and it's really eye opening. Got my AW S3 on saturday so I'm hoping to drop that last 15 pounds I've been holding on to....

Same here. So you and I have the same Move streak. I've closed all of my rings every day since November 27 -- other than December 3 and January 1. Once I realized what was going on with Health, closing rings, achievements, that has been a huge motivator for me to make sure they're closed (and more) every day.

well done millerj123!

Looks like my streak is going to end as my watch (3) apparently needs service. It is acting like it may have water in it.

Was there a May Special Challenge? Never had one pop up for Mother's Day or Memorial Day here in the US.

No May challenge. Last one here was Earth Day on April 22.

I never had my may challenge as well. I'm 4 days away for my perfect month though.

Hope I'll get a challenge for june.
