Does anyone know which stores will have the titanium? Traditionally only certain stores have had the edition watches.

I switched from SG aluminum to SBSS last year and so far not a single pretty girl has thrown herself at me because of my watch casing material.

I'm pretty sure none will do so with a titanium either.

(edit: I did still order the titanium model in black and expect to receive it tomorrow. It'll be interesting to see it side by side with my SBSS.)

You do realize you are obligated to post pics........
Ummmmmmmmmmm please :)

Ok, I just went back to some old threads. Apple Stores carried stock of the ceramic series 3, so I’m confident they will carry the titanium models tomorrow :)

Just got tracking. Space Black Titanium with black leather loop. Ordered on the 12th, estimate of 9/30-10/4, UPS shows scheduled delivery for Wednesday 9/25. No complaints here!

Just got tracking as well for regular Titanium with green sport band. Had an October 1-4 shipping date originally and UPS shows Wednesday delivery. Apple site shows Friday Delivery. We will see.

So I just went to the Apple Store in Yonkers, and it turns out they had neither the Titanium or Ceramic watch in stock. I just decided to go with the stainless steel because I don’t want to wait 2 months for a watch, lol. If my Titanium comes faster than expected, I’ll just return the stainless steel one after 2 weeks.

I’m sure some of the flagship stores will carry the Edition though.

Looks like iStockNow is tracking the titanium watches (US). Not sure the data is valid yet though since it's first day of retail availability.

Just at the Apple store visitor center.. ugh

I'd be skeptical about iStockNow's accuracy for today - it depends on the Apple website store listing when you order for in-store pickup at various stores. Plus (in the past) not all of the in-store stock is marked as available for online orders for pickup either.

Mostly the point was that iStockNow is apparently ready to go once Apple starts providing some data they can work with.

Just got back from picking up my 2 IP 11's and was able to fondle the titanium, it's VERY nice. It is brushed and is darker than the SS. I feel it's a tad too "warm", as in it has a very subtle yellowish cast to it, but I still think it looks superb. The silver SS now looks sort of kiddie and too shiny. I would have purchased the titanium but they were out of leather bands and I didn't feel like paying for any other band. It looked awesome with the brown leather band.

Thanks kind sir.............
Can you post a pic of the black titanium; deciding on keeping the Nior Hermès or switching to black titanium

Just got delivered. Couple quick pics with my SBSS S4 for anyone curious. Lighting was back porch mixed sunlight through trees.

It looks nice. Although I can see the differentiation between crystal and case, it blends well.

Setting it up now.

thanks for the pics. Which do you think look better, the black stainless steel or black titanium?

I'll be honest, at this point I don't have a strong visual favorite. I like both. If I had to say one over the other, I like the slightly satin texture of the titanium. In SB it doesn't shout titanium. I don't know that anyone would really notice - kinda like nobody ever brought up that I had the SBSS model either.

The silver titanium appears to look a lot better than the black.
That's gonna be a matter of personal preference. I've not been a fan of "silvery" watches. Even my conventional watches (back before I started buying running watches) were dark colored.
