Check out as you normally would. When it ask for your number etc. it will tell you that you have to pay full price.
You can. I paid full price for the 6 plus on pre order full price and i am doing it again if this thing ever works.

Yes I didn't think you could either which is why I missed out pre ordering using the apple app because I didn't think I could. Select what you want enter your info and it will add to your cart at full price. Go ahead and add it and make sure it worked.
nope and in the first stage of secure check out there is a pick up option but you cannot click it either

Every store in my area on the app store app says unavailable for pick up. I am trying to order a 6+ too. My site also said they are not doing personal pickups for AT&T next plans.
But doesn't it then say at the bottom "2 yr contract is required"
Is that confusing, you are paying full price but then needed to pay also an activation fee and new contract
It does but doesn't put you in a two year contract. You already have to have service but my upgrade eligibility did not change.
