Got a disappointing from a friendly apple rep who I hope was uninformed...
Pardon my quick crappy editing the bubble in between the first and second window was just him saying "correct"
the bubble between the second and third was just him telling my local store was doing normal hours and he was so sorry to hear about my situation

There have been many questions about this and I've heard it will be difficult but it can be done at an AT&T location, not Apple.
I upgraded last yr in September, but it says my next upgrade date is in May 2015...so when you said within 12 months what did you mean?

No idea. Also have no idea why they don't seem to let you do it for pickup period.
I just have my zip code in and when i refresh it gives me all the stores nearby (NYC)

this machine is quite beastly and I love windows 8.1 and my iPad and I loved my HTC one m8 before I sold it earlier this week, unfortunately not so in love with this iphone 4 I thought I would only be using for 3 days until I got to trade in for a rediculous $200 credit, definitely going to appreciate my 6+ whenever I finally get it.i have an iPhone 6 + coming on tuesday but now want the 6. I paid full retail does anyone know if I will have issues paying full retail again for the iPhone 6 tomorrow or through reserve for pick up? It seems like my phone number and account are letting choose another phone and get to the point of check out. Before it said I was unable to since I had a phone already order under my account.
That's what I was told if you have a 2 year contract, You can't do Edge until 12 months in.

I am chatting with an Apple rep and he is telling me that Apple doesn't do Edge period, which is totally false.
Did you order through AT&T or AT&T Premier? If Premier, log-in through your order confirmation e-mail and click "Cancel Pre-Order". That worked for me. Not sure how to cancel via AT&T's website.
you can buy as many as you want full retail, go back every day if you want haha.

I hope so. I tried to buy one at verizon tonight around 5pm and they said they couldn't sell it to my that my number was listed as still blocked by apple. I came home this evening and now online I am able to purchase again. it must of been just a pre launch and launch day issue.
Yes. And I believe you can use verizon on at&t, tmo and verizon right outta the box.
Thanks. So I'd return my 64 GB to Apple and then activate my Tmo unlocked 128 GB with AT&T? Seems too easy to be true.
