Top 50 Posters Extrapolated, January 2009

I first came here to complain about the iLamp iMac. I stayed because this is a great place.

The list shows a great history about how MacRumors has changed. If you look at the first one you see how many members have come and gone. The list is fun and I think people look forward to it every 6 months. But it is not the reason to post here.

Mac?!? I thought it McRumors, a site devoted to the news surrounding McDonald's. To think I've been posting in the wrong forum this entire time!

Hell, I thought the site was about MAC (Media Access Control) addresses, I wanted to discuss the obvious superiority of 00-0A-C0-56-EA-93 to 00-0B-C1-54-FF-92, amazingly after searching for 3 years no one has started a thread on that. Maybe it's just too obvious for everyone.

Of course it it could be a site devoted to warring Scottish clans, MacDougals vs MacGreggors is always a good debate.

I came here because I had googled to solve a problem with my powerbook and liked this site, so I stuck around. Who knew what that would lead me to. ;) :)
 
Wow! Thanks for the list Doctor Q! I don't believe I've ever been on it before at all in any capacity, But I confess, I don't always check this thread. Pretty cool! I don't think I'll be leaving anytime soon either. You're stuck with me. :)
