I do have a question, though. Why don't bousozoku(31) and eyelikeart(45) appear in the members list? I notice both are (Moderator emeritus).

This is a thread from last year, but I noticed today that I failed to answer this question. It turns out that I had already given an answer to the same question a year before that:

MacNut is correct about retired members not appearing in the Members List. Retired members are those, like bousozoku, who have been given Guest status so they no longer have working accounts. This happens only in special cases, sometimes for reasons of privacy.

For most members, if they become "inactive" simply by not posting, they will remain in the Members List indefinitely.
