Is this even legal, blackmailing individual companies?
Like 80% at least of what the Trump admin’s done isnt legal, which is why the courts keep smacking him down, hasnt stopped them from trying and in many cases getting away with stuff. Most corrupt and lawless admin certainly in my lifetime and quite possibly in the country’s history

I’m not gonna belabor the point because it’s already been discussed to death, but no, he didn’t. You don’t just get to make up quotes and state them as fact. He asked if there was a way to develop an injection that could work fast to kill the virus like a disinfectant does on surfaces. At no point in time did he say “Go inject bleach into your body.” I’m not saying what he said was particularly smart, but it’s not at all accurate to say that he said to inject bleach.
"And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it’d be interesting to check that, so that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me.“

Sigh. So please point to me where Trump tells people to inject bleach inside their body. He doesn't. He literally asks if they could make some type of injectable that would work quickly like a disinfectant does on surfaces. I'm sorry but that's not telling people to inject bleach inside themselves.

I'm terribly sorry that the facts don't align with your narrative but that's just how it is.

As much as I don't agree with this move, the writing was on the wall.

Apple can absorb those tariffs without raising prices, if they REALLY wanted to. Their profit margins are insane. But of course, investors come first.

Seems like the days of lower iPhone demand might be coming very soon. Either way, not looking good for investors.
No smartphone is built in the U.S., but iPhones and some Google phones are designed here.

The contortions you people will put yourself through to defend this buffoon are incredible.

The only thing you’ve posted here is to repeatedly attempt to defend Trump’s “disinfectant injection” blathering.
Not a single bill passed. And not even remotely close to anything BIPARTISAN.

No tax on tips. No tax on overtime. No tax on auto loan interest. An increase in child tax credit. Reduction in income that is subject to income tax. Increase in estate tax exemption. An increase in the amount of income that small businesses can claim exemption from taxes.

"Trump said to inject bleach!!" LOL. I'm not defending anything. I just pointed out that he didn't say "Go inject bleach into your body" and your brain can't handle the facts.

I said PASSED. Name a bill that has passed the House, the Senate, signed by Trump into law that benefits the average American family. Maybe you should check out some Schoolhouse Rock.

Tax bill of 2017. Jeez you really get so upset over this stuff. I promise it will be OK.

He's also secured the Border and moved men out of women's sports in his limited time in office.

And those things I mentioned above are for American families that he is proposing.

You're right….benefits for the average American family...trivial stuff, isn't it?
Nothing to get upset over.

Maybe read a little further. I was referencing the bleach discussion we were having. Thanks for chiming in though with a comment that went nowhere.

No, they aren’t. In order to pay for these new tax cuts, his administration has slashed funding for Medicaid and the Snaps program, as well as children’s cancer research, Alzheimer’s research, and countless other programs. Additionally….it will add another $4 trillion to the deficit. The Joint Committee on Taxation showed that in 2029, when the permanent effects of the GOP tax plan are felt, Americans making less than $30,000 will actually pay more in taxes under the Trump plan than under current law. Americans making less than $15,000 would be forced to pay 53 percent more in taxes than they do now as their average tax rate jumps from 3.3 percent to 5.1 percent. Meanwhile, households making over $1 million will pay 6.4 percent less in taxes (totaling an estimated $74 billion collectively), as their average rate falls from 30.8 percent to 28.7 percent.

And by the way…in Trump’s first term he added almost $8 trillion to the deficit.

Also, since you have a religious verse in your sig…you might want to check out what JC said about immigrants and the poor. Or was he WOKE too? 😂

He invited you to name a bill.

Your reaction:

As I now understand, I shouldn’t read “this stuff” as the tax bill of 2017 or any other item in this post of you.
A bit confusing for me, so thank you for your sensible answer.

Lol dude you are clearly unhinged. I have no Issue with immigrants if they are here legally, period. Every other President except the Biden administration felt the same. Obama's nickname was deporter in chief lol. I'm guessing you are super upset over the "Maryland Man" too. A woman beating pos that was here illegally.

But I know you don't want to hear that. You just want to tell me how great everything was under the Biden administration. He's the greatest ever and Trump is Hitler. That's all that will satisfy you. But so sorry, Trump is your President for the next 4 years.

Go vandalize a Tesla and join in another protest because I'm absolutely done going back in forth with you in a conversation in a Mac forum. I'll block you and you can block me. Bye!

Wow. Just wow.

I didn’t offer what I posted as a quote. I’d have used speech marks had I wanted to do that. But Trump certainly did suggest it might be feasible to inject a disinfectant of some kind.

So when you say that Trump said to inject bleach, that is false. Sorry but that's just the facts.
Where did I say that Trump said to inject bleach? Some other people claimed that, but I didn't. At the time, I knew he hadn't said that specifically, and so I thought it was unfortunate that he was being accused of suggesting bleach as the specific disinfectant to inject, since I knew that would come back to bite the people making that specific claim. What Trump says is bad enough without having to imagine him having said something he didn't.

Trump may be controversial but he definitely has the energy. Did you watch the debate last year? Biden clearly has dementia. Trump does not.
Dementia manifests in many ways. Sometimes the person too frequently can't find the words, and is slowed down, and sometimes they're still energetically, verbally fluent, but what they say makes no real sense. Trump has exhibited both behaviors many times.
