Try Your MMS

It's not working for me. I tried resetting the MMS setting and nada. What settings do you guys have it on?
 
seems to be a regional thing..im in NJ and it doesn't work for me..ive taken the same steps as the people who have it working
 
How are all you guys getting the .ipcc? I've downloaded the file posted here plus another posted in another thread to see if there was a difference, still no .ipcc

I'm in AA too. I got the file from this thread. It just saved as an .ipcc file for me. Are you on a mac or pc?

The file is ATT_US.ipcc



maybe it is location because my default setting once reset are just numbers and when I updated the ipcc to my moms phone it has the Cingular settings and both are able to send and receive.



The OP said he was in LA. I'm also located in the LA area.

Those Cingular settings she now has in her phone. Didn't work for me a couple days ago. But today they worked for her and also the default settings.

I'm on a PC, I download the file, extract the .rar and it gives me a "Payload" folder. I might've found the problem, do I remove the .rar from the ATT_US.ipcc.rar?
 
sorry guys i don't know why you're ending up with RAR files... it seems like it's still not working for some regions though :(
 
My MMS is now working on 3.1 beta with the stock IPCC file after resetting network settings. This is in Magalia, CA (Northern CA).
 
Alright just found out I had to remove the .rar extension. But along with my fellow Ann Arbor resident, No go for Ann Arbor, Michigan
 
Anymore Cali people? From what I've been reading on other boards, a lot of Californians have it working.
 
if someone posts detailed step by step directions, I'll try it in Charlotte, NC.

I dled the file but I have no clue what to do with it.
