Yep, seems to be. But so is b2. Personally I found b1 buggy as hell and my personal preference is b3 over b2, although there are obviously people in this thread who prefer b2 over b3 (I found b2 messed up iTunes Match which I use a lot).
So I'd personally go with at least b2, which is theoretically achievable through the same method...
I would, but the iPhone 4 isn't signed up for betas. :/ Only my iPhone 5 is, so I was thinking of moving my iPhone 4 to takeaway beta 1 in the meantime.
Not sure though if it's buggy.
Iconsupport will not be updated for the 7.1 betas so any tweak relying on it will not officially support 7.1 beta
One workaround I've seen others post is disable iconsupport using iCleaner Pro
I have IconSupport working just fine on my 5s and retina mini with HomeScreenDesigner, FolderEnhancer, InfiniDock and Infinifolder amongst others. I made this work by deleting the IconSupportState plists. I posted about it in this thread somewhere. I don't have any problems at all.
Are you on one of the 7.1 betas?
Deleting the IconSupportState.plist does nothing. A new one would just be created when you respring/restart the device and all your icon layout will be scrambled and out of order
Yes I am on b3 - I was the person who discovered and posted the actual method to avoid beta expiry in this thread.
As for IconSupport, trust me it does work. The effect you describe is exactly what I think makes it work. My belief is that plist gets corrupted initially so when you delete a fresh uncorrupted one is created. So when you respring it can lay icons out properly. Removing IconSupportState does not scramble everything back to default alphabetical order - that is IconState. But I have found clearing that one useful too and reorganising icons after.
All I can say is I am on b3 with IconSupport 100% working. Literally every layout tweak I've installed is working perfectly for me and it has worked for other people I have helped too. Maybe this won't work for you but it definitely does work for me and don't have to disable IconSupport totally (although that apparently works too).
The new IconSupportState.plist is recreated based on your IconState.plist so it may or may not be totally scrambled depending on when you started using IconState
But interesting to find out that the workaround works

Now is ok. The problem was ProductVersion with 7.1 instead 7.0.4

Getting the new software update notification in iTunes when I connect my 5c to the pc. Running 7.1 b3 with the edited systemsversion.plist. Tells me 7.0.5 is available for my device which would indicate the spoof is working as it should!! Really good news! B3 jailbroken will certainly tie me over till an official JB for 7.1/8 is released.
