Go into the Apple Store after launch day and see if they have one you buy on the spot.

16 Pro 256 Black. I wasn't able to order until Sunday. Staring at October 3-8 for delivery. I leave for a 2 week trip on October 4, so I'm really hoping for the 3rd or sooner!

I'd suggest going early to Apple Store on Launch Day, there is a dedicated line for walk ins, they can help cancel the order if you are able to get something while in the store.

It does not look like a flight to Canada. It is going from ANC to ONT (Ontario, California) for West Coast USA deliveries. Did your tracking number start in Kunshan City and then Shanghai?

I didn't think it was a flight to Canada. Canadian orders will go to UPS' Louisville facility before heading into Canada. I assumed it would go to Louisville from Anchorage. I do see what you mean given the upcoming flight listed is to Ontario, CA. I didn't notice, so maybe it's not this flight.

Yes. My tracking number started in Kunshan and traveled to Shanghai, where it's been sitting since the 14th until a departure scan in Shanghai at 23:30 local time. I guess I'll see where it ends up from here.

There is a developer 18.1 specifically for the new phones so that you'd be able to move your current 18.1 to the new phone.

I had my alarm set for preorders and the one time it doesn’t go off is for the iPhone preorder so I didn’t get my Pro Max 256gb Dessert Titanium in until 9:46am EST, nearly two hours after the preorder began. It’s been stuck at a Oct 7 - Oct 14 delivery date but I know in the past some orders would get pushed up and make it to launch delivery. Think there is any chance with a Oct 7 - Oct 14 delivery date that it actually gets here Sep 20? I keep checking in store pickup and seems all of the stores in Miami are out of the Max’s.

I set an alarm for 4:45AM but it’s like my body KNEW it was iPhone preorder time and woke me up at 4:38AM lol

Typhoon Bebinca was causing flight delays yesterday in parts of China ( including ZhengZhou ) and today flights are just navigating around the weather.

I'm also part of the 1:35am departure crew for one of my phones while the other is probably wave 2.

Guessing it's on the way to Incheon before it catches a flight tomorrow.

I miss it too, but UPS has been delivering my iPhone at around noon, so it hasn't been so bad.

It’s not in the US. That’s a preliminary custom hold, all incoming iPhones have that custom hold even if the iPhones are still sitting in China
