how do you do it? I selected thumbnail, but not sure if that's the way you'd suggest as the resident image expert. lol Don't mean to be snarky, in case it sounds that way. I do want to know.

Anyone on iUP with a delivery tomorrow received any notification about the trade in kit? I still haven’t received any sort of trade in communication and in years past it always seems like the trade box arrives first.
You can do any transfer option you want with Quick Start, it is just the way to get the migration started without having to enter the entire Apple Account password- mine is 60+ characters.
My current plan is to get the ball rolling with Quick Start and then plug in the cable. Both phones will be fully charged and then a desk fan pointed at them to prevent any potential throttling caused by overheating.
Oh I wasn’t directing that to people like you, I was directing it to people that selected “insert full image” and it would put a huge image in the post that you have to scroll past lol.
But anyway, if you want to resize images, just drag from the corners of the image. If you want to make images bigger, I recommend doing “insert full image” and shrinking it, because of you do “insert thumbnail” and make it bigger, it makes it pixelated.
I have a wifi 7 eero router, I'm really curious how the speeds from the 16PM to the 15PM would be over my wifi.
My internet provider has 2Gb symmetrical internet, eero consistently reports I'm getting 2.2Gb/s! Sweet!

For in store pick up or UPS delivery? I’m a UPS delivery scheduled for tomorrow and neither of my device orders have received the trade in kit emails.
So this is interesting.. phone ended up in Ft. Lauderdale. Guess might not of been that flight lol
My phone is in near by ups facility.. i called ups and asked them if I could pickup before they closes at 9pm. they denied and said apple has asked to deliver it on 20th or on 20th i can come and pickup at their facility and not before 
I swear, the more I learn about UPS logistics the less I know about UPS and logistics, haha. There are two flights daily to Lubbock every weekday from Louisville, so naturally my phone got on the plane from Louisville to Dallas and then it will likely go on a truck from Dallas tonight and make a 6 Hour truck drive to Lubbock to be here in the morning. I really thought it would’ve caught the late afternoon flight ride into Lubbock but what do I know?
Had a question regarding my order that hopefully others can chime in on. I am on the iUP and ordered the 256gb Pro Max. I think I want to go with the 512gb this time.
My order is already ready for pick up. I live in Denver so there is usually plenty of stock available at stores near me on launch day. With that said, if I were to cancel my current order, how quickly am I able to place a new one? Does it take time to clear from the system so that I am upgrade eligible again? My thought was to cancel the 256gb order and try my luck tomorrow morning in-app for in-store pick up, same day.
