I intentionally didn’t update to the 18.1 Public Beta today so I didn’t have to go through that mess when setting up my 16PM. 😂

I really hope they hold off delivering this until 4:30pm, because there’s no guarantee I’ll have someone at home to sign for this while I’m at work 😬

Better tell them to leave it with a neighbor or if they let you pre-sign I’d do that.

I work on Saturday so I’m not gonna be able to go to the Red Raider game although I live about four blocks away from the stadium. I’ll take it to a game later this year though, so I can take photos and judge the $242 million that they spent on the stadium improvements.

Opted to pick it up this year so I’m not anxiously awaiting the random time UPS shows up. Got my pick up confirmation so all set.

I gave it two or three clicks trying to reserve a time for ISPU, but gave up and moved on to make sure I didn't time out of a Launch Day delivery. I will be looking again for ISPU next year.

Can’t tell if you’re be facetious or not, but you’re going to have to update the new phone to 18.1 if you plan on restoring from a backup. Not a huge deal, just takes a little time

I have the iOS 18.1 developer ipsw file downloaded to start my migration process. I'll plug it into my MBP and restore to 18.1 and then use Quick Start to initiate the next steps.
