Rather than sleeping I’m scrolling this thread and reading/watching reviews of the 16PM while occasionally refreshing my UPS tracking page.

You can customize the photos app back to how it was before. That is a software issue not a hardware issue.
Working with the Betas, its a little different, but it ain't photo-gate or anything close
I just checked My order has not converted to Ready to Pick up. I ordered an S10 watch and iPhone 16 Pro Max for Pickup at my local apple store it shows the correct time slot I chose for tomorrow, Does it take longer to convert to ready for pickup?

Going to the stores on launch day is not as it was before, but you still feel the launch day hype, everyone's getting their phones delivered, people waiting outside for availability and for me is the fact that I don't have to wait until 8pm to get it delivered. UPS is always swamped on launch day, still pretty sweet though!

I have a trip coming up and i was just wondering if anyone here knows if its possible my phone might come sooner? im in California if it matters!
now at about 4 am it will show up in Charleston Wv
then at about 6 am it will show up at my local UPS hub then be out for delivery until around 5 pm.
So is mine. It's just a short jaunt to Landover from there, though. They usually fly into BWI in the wee hours of the morning.

That last 5% is not the contiguous part (AK, HI).
Its location was picked specifically for that geographic proximity.
