Well, UPS just delivered my wife's EMPTY BOX........and Verizon says "DELIVERED".
The box has been opened and retaped.

I ordered an IPhone 16 Pro Max in Natural Titanium on September 14- one day after pre-orders opened. My estimated arrival shows 8-15. I’m wondering why they aren’t being shipped out of China? Apple’s supply chain/operations confounds me sometimes.
Was quoted $650 for the iPhone 15PM and got $710 somehow
Sure it is 100% possible for it to be delivered tomorrow 10/8 if it is only making the hop from Lebanon, TN (very near the Airport). If you see your UPS status as Label printed it should move in the next couple of hours.

It’s highly possible, with the time zone differences I got my phone less than 2 days since it said cleared customs in china to NYC. I was genuinely shocked
UPS does not pickup on the weekend. Apple does not pay for UPS Weekend shipping service. If there is a iPhone for that label it should move from Lebanon, TN in the next few hours if they really want to make a delivery tomorrow.

Do you have a trade in? If it’s shipped from TN is probably the trade in box
For my 15 Pro, I got back $556 I assume the extra was tax.
I had a $440 Apple Gift Card
$1068-$440=$628 after the 15 Pro Trade, which was $556 so $628-$556= $72
I only paid $72 out of pocket

Hmm why are you pissed off at UPS, Apple has not given them the device? They only have a record that Apple printed a label at this point.

if the label was created Friday chances it it may have been created after the cutoff time and therefore it will wait till next business day, which for UPS is Monday. You should start seeing movements later today. Also what does the weight say?

They immediately refunded teh Sales Tax I paid. Unwound the upgrade. Froze the upgrade offer so I can still use it. They blocked the IMEI so the stolen phone can not be used.
They said I can reprocess the upgrade after 5 business days. SHIP TO STORE......no more UPS to me.

Sep 16: ordered, delivery window Oct 8 - 15
Oct 7: card charged and later in the day got a shipping number. Apple site shows Oct 9 estimated arrival
Tracking link shows the carrier is "deliver-it", not UPS. I guess that they're shipping from a distribution center in the US, not from China.

But it is carrier locked to Verizon since it was an upgrade and the balance would have been a 36 month deal.
So, unless Verizon changed their policy, the IMEI is blocked and can't be used on another carrier.

I’m glad they could do that for you, seems like they at least can help to make it work out for you. Too bad it happened at all that’s for sure, so disappointing!

Just ordered a Desert Titanium 512gb iPhone 16 Pro Max. Ship date is estimated to be 10/30 -11/6. Hopefully it gets here sooner. But I'm in no rush.
I ordered a 16 Pro Max 1TB with delivery estimated between 10/7 - 10/14 and I am having it shipped to my office, so no UPS MyChoice. I'm looking to track via reference but it has been a few years. So what do I use?
- Order number?
- Order number without the 'w'?
- Order number with the 'w' and remove the last two digits?

Is it risky to cancel a "processing" Apple Store order (Est 10/11-10/18 Delivery) with T-Mobile financing/trade in order to pick up in stock iPhone?
I found the phone I ordered in stock at my local Apple Store. If I try to just order the same phone with the same trade in device (my current phone) it shows I already have a trade in on that device, and says I must cancel the existing order first.
So theoretically, I could just cancel my current order then immediately re-order it for in store pickup, but wasn't sure if there is a delay in T-Mobile getting the update from Apple Store letting them know I've canceled the first order so I can get the new in store order to go through. I just don't wanna screw myself over and have such a delay that my current order gets cancelled, then I have to wait so long that someone else snags the in stock phone. Anyone have experience doing that with Apple Store, on T-Mobile trade in?
