I got into the store at 8:13. Was thinking it was a repeat of last year where it didn't work at all. Once in, too 20 seconds and I was done. Did have to confirm my security code on the Apple card. Odd since I was using my iPad. Just got my confirmation email with delivery on the 20th. Life is good this morning. Need coffee and then back to work.

Done. iPhone 16PM in White is ordered, but delivery is between Oct 2nd -7th. I always thought if you pre-order on "pre-order day" you get it when it launches. This kinda sucks.

You could have changed to Natural and still receive launch day ...

That was probably the easiest new phone order ever. Got the “stay right here” message in the store app for just a minute, but didn’t have to force quit or anything. Went with 512GB in DT. Got the exact time I wanted for ISPU at the closest store. Confirmation email arrived at 5:18am. Going back to sleep now.

That's the fastest you can be, I was clicking so fast I was sure I was going to hit the wrong things, but I didn't look back and just figured go for it this time, usually my OCD ruins it as I double check everything.

Yup. But it’s only a very small percentage of the us population that can do so, and probably 90-95% of them doing so are financing them somehow. All your comment really says is you never had to struggle in your life for anything. But hey I’m actually happy for you for that, having to struggle for things sucks.

Super simple but dumb question. I selected to pick up in store, but when I log in to view my order it has my home address as Shipping Address and mentions nothing about in store pickup.

Is that just a normal site thing or did it not accept my pickup option? If not I'll have to cancel since I won't be home Sept 20.

As folks cancel their orders your order might get pushed up. I had that happen to me one year so don't lose hope.
