My Apple pick up store order just got charged to my account!, Does that mean the Store got their shipment in already? I know my pick up window is for later on the day but I’m ready to go when I get the text saying it’s ready for pick up

Looks like you have a different Origin City based on ordering a for Canadian usage (model). Don't you still have a Nano-SIM slot?

No. It won't "ship" until at least Wednesday, probably Thursday when the shipment clears customs in Louisville KY. If the Apple website shows your delivery is 09/20, you will get it on 09/20.
It's an art form. Using the FlightAware website, track UPS places from China > Incheon; Incheon > Anchorage; Anchorage > Louisville; Louisville > your location. You have to follow the tracking info and match your "departure" timestamp with the flight on FlightAware.
I know that, but if my pick up time is 4pm on Friday, and I get the text around 11am, I’ve been told it’s ready then
I don't miss lining up 5 days early... but I do miss the party atmosphere of the old days...
As I recall, 24-hours/day, especially in iPhone season... and 4 am is "work time" anyway.

It depends on which factory the devices are coming from: CGO is ZhengZhou based and Kunshan City will use PVG -Shanghai.
In the last 20 minutes a new 747-400 Cargo flight appeared on the CGO to AKDT route - National Cargo N8686 leaving CGO at 8:15 CST (China) / 8:15 PM ET tonight. Please be on the watch for UPS updates

I haven’t preordered since iPhone 6 and it’s great to not need to get up at 2 AM 😅. My order has moved to Preparing to Ship.
Surprised that I was able to get the titanium 512G model this late and pick it up at the store I wanted it at.
I imagine it would depend on how many walk-ins the store has to handle. I believe they would prioritize folks with appointments, but not sure what would happen if you show up that far in advance of your reservation.
Thanks. I can already see a label was created by using my reference number (ie order number). I’m also able to see the last four tracking numbers. Was just curious how to retrieve the full tracking number.
