ah yes!.. damn.. leaves me last!Take mine off, cancelled![]()
They’ve just done the same to me - knocked it down from £450 to £270 saying the condition is poor, which is absolute horse apples. How did people get on with their Music Magpie trade ins? My MacBook was revised from £330 to £60 because of “screen damage” and “not powering on” - neither of which were the case when I sent it in.
At £60 I may as well keep it, so having it sent back. Who knows what condition it will arrive in. I am regretting photographing it prior to shipping and will certainly be checking the serial number!
I ordered on the day of the Apple event. Mine is now showing preparing to ship.just updating the tracker, when did you order? assuming its still set as processing?
There is now a reason that says it’s down to not including the charger - which I didn’t think it specified had to be included. Even still, knocking £180 off for that seems excessive.Sorry to hear people have issues with MusicMagpie. No issues here. Got £480 plus an extra £30 with a coupon code for my Late 2016 MBP 15” 2.7GHz.
Is Quad HD 2k/4k? I am going from a 27" 5k iMac to a MBP and need a new display that is close to the quality of that one... And preferably USB-C over HDMI... If this has an insane resolution then I might be in the queue behind you to get it!think I've finally settled on a monitor to buy

not sure the two TB3 ports of the Samsung CJ791 but ticks all the other boxes plus it comes with a decent mount.
now just have to hope it comes into stock in more places for Black Friday!
Have a great time and bring back the points! 👍🏻🍺🏴My 30th-7th has changed to Preparing to Ship 😁 hoping it doesn’t come too early as I’m en route to Moldova ⚽️🏴
Ooh that’s a stinger. I’l did include the charger, cable and all the original packaging which was in the garage. There is now a reason that says it’s down to not including the charger - which I didn’t think it specified had to be included. Even still, knocking £180 off for that seems excessive.
no they're not 4k so won't have the resolution you're after . I'm after an ultra wide so I can do picture by picture and have 2 Macs (work and personal) on a single screen. Is Quad HD 2k/4k? I've been looking for AGES for a monitor which is 4k/5k and 144fps - so I can flick between my MBP and gaming PC with a switch - nothing exists (that isn't thousands of £) - might just have to settle for one of these LG Ultrawides... think these are the ones Apple sold on their website officially too?no they're not 4k so won't have the resolution you're after . this is usb-c and delivers 96W so plenty to charge the Mac too. as its only one usb-c I'll have to use either DP or HDMI (with an adapter for my work 16").
HDR10 too and the curve is not as deep as the Samsung (which I prefer).

Is there anything in their terms and conditions about including the charger? I don’t remember seeing anything on the “Sell Your Stuff” screens about it. I’d definitely challenge them.
think apple used to sell the UltraFine range not these ergo ones. They only sell the XDR now and the stand for that alone costs more than this LG!I've been looking for AGES for a monitor which is 4k/5k and 144fps - so I can flick between my MBP and gaming PC with a switch - nothing exists (that isn't thousands of £) - might just have to settle for one of these LG Ultrawides... think these are the ones Apple sold on their website officially too?
