The only reason why it wouldn’t arrive in the UK by Friday morning, is if instead of flying it boards a lorry travelling through the EuroTunnel Channel. That would add substantial time to the delivery.
My guess is that despite the Macs are landing in the UK on Friday morning, the additional sorting time in the home country would add too much delay to actually deliver EOD.
Historically though, UPS seems to be able to ship from local airport to final destination in under 6h. This is what I’ve gathered looking at tracking screenshots of other users who ordered with Apple+UPS in the past.
We can only wait and see what happens today between 11pm uk time and 3am Cologne time, when the sorting ends and we get updated estimates.
Yesterday delivery times were updated at 11pm UK time. Which is exactly when the UPS plane usually lands in Cologne and the sorting starts.
Yes that’s my experience, if they’re coming to the UK today the.
I’ve had arrival scans around 6.30pm, import scans around 9.30pm and then departure scans midnight
