in hindsight I wish I went with the Max as I could of got it off the shelf and had 32gb ram. looked around but nowhere has stock at the moment, not even apple
My order is shipped this morning, I can't find a tracking link on the order status page, where can I find it?
14. Sure thing- the zip can be folded back ever so slightly so no danger of scratching the laptop too.

I’d say go for the ram if you’re having doubts. £400 more but say you’re keeping it for 3 years then it’s the cost of a cup of coffee a week for it

Apparently there were some scratches on it. So offered me £1189 for it as a B grade. Not happy.
However it is more than Apple would give me, so I have accepted it.
I suspect they've scratched it deliberately or being careless with it while testing as that was immaculate.

Sometimes it takes a little time for the tracking links to show up, what model did you order?
Try a different branch? That’s if they’ve not scratched it as you say!
Oh I don't doubt it is scratched now. I feel that the exterior condition should be assessed in front of the customer really. fair enough the hardware testing but nothing is going to change with the exterior unless they damage it.
I have accepted it, partly (mostly) under duress from the wife 😂 although a different branch would have been an idea, but I suspect they have it logged on their system now and no doubt it is actually scratched.
I had a similar problem selling my son's iPhone X to reBuy last year. Fortunately the difference in price wasn't that bad so I just let it go.
Out of interest what model of the 2019 16" MBP was this - RAM, storage etc, I'd be curious to know 👍

The difference is enough to Pee me off but if its more than Apple offer then I'm still happy, ish.
I've learnt a valuable lesson here though. This is why I did it in store to stop crap like this being pulled.
