Well it was a pain getting it (pick up in two stores only, no launch day delivery available), but I am very pleased with the titanium.
The always-on display is very impressive.
In the final image the screen is in 'always on' mode (i.e. 1Hz dimmed).
Shame the first images I took with the 11 Pro are in such poor conditions...

Having a nightmare with CEX trading in my S3!!
they are trying to test the cellular side with a pay as you go EE sim.. didn’t think you could do it with Payg? I don’t get how they can test that side without taking out a contract! Was supposed to be a simple drop off for my Wife and now she’s gotta wait another half hour..
i just can’t see how they’ll test that side of things?

CeX are crap at that kind of thing. I once ordered a camera lens from them online and received the wrong one. Immediately went to a store to get an instant refund, so I could reorder the correct one ... they made me wait half an hour while they ‘tested‘ the lens I‘d never used!

Well I've seen people say that it's been fine previously, plus I got a Spigen bumper for it, so hoping it will all be ok. Intrigued to see the calorie burn!
Worst case scenario - it stops working and I wait for my new one to arrive. However not keen on losing my 200+ day streak of closing all my rings!

I had some hassle with them the other day trying to sell my cellular S3 as well. I cancelled the package on the watch about 10 months ago but they were saying that it was locked to EE like I had taken it out with them. So after coming back an hour later for them to test it to hear that was a bit annoying, showed them the email receipt that I had from Apple to show I bought it direct from there & they spent another 30mins testing it again. Luckily the lady there was really good & said it’ll be fine to do. Only went in there as I thought it’d be quicker then selling on somewhere like eBay, how wrong was I...
At least you're using CEX and not Music Magpie. Had a nightmare with them recently trading in my iPhone X.

So they’re saying the watch is saying there is a data plan attached. Even though I removed it....

I’ll let you know, but the line guy seemed to be definite about it (pity he asked me whether I wanted a cellular SS though....). I can’t actually decide whether to go for a sport loop instead this time. I’ve got two modern buckles (second was stupidly cheap from Debenhams plus before they went bye bye), two silicon sport bands and a Nike one.
Earlier today, rather that 'Out for delivery', my DPD order suddenly changed to 'As requested, we have rescheduled your delivery for Monday' I phoned them up, and it turns out my employer has rescheduled ALL deliveries today due to a special event! (Would have been nice of them to tell us....) Fortunately DPD let me pick up my SB SS 44mm with Black Sport Band from the depot (even though the DPD tracking website said this wasn't possible)
I have upgraded from the 3 series, so get all the goodies that came with the 4 series as well as the 'always on display'. The best thing as the moment is the bigger display, oh and I have a normal Sinus Rhythm

Yep from DHL. Got the shipped text this morning at 8am a one hour slot given at 9am. Delivered at 3pm

Its because you changed the band. Apple deems this a custom model and ships it from china. Same thing happened to mine

yeah; saw that.. but specifically wanted the clementine band.. funny story; lost my SS S4 with a nectarine band swimming in a cenote in Mexico (it sank somewhere between 30-50m deep so no way I could recover it; though I know it would’ve survived, at least for a while).
thankfully it was fully insured on my bank account tech pack! So they paid up and I was able to use the money to buy an S5.
sounds like the ultimate fake tale but I utterly s**t you not :-D it was actually pretty devastating at the time! Really ruined the day.. I felt the pin pop out the hole on the band (it was on the ‘loosest’ hole, so had no reserve band to hold it in place) and I couldn’t grab it in time.
I spent ages looking to see if I could see it with a snorkel and mask.. but it was too deep and dark :-(

Tried out the series 5 in store today - very disappointed with the always on display. There is a lag when you raise to wake it up fully or tapping the screen. Previous watches woke up instantly as if it sensed your finger approaching!
same in the video reviews too!

I thought this too but my mum ordered at the same time as me, didn’t change a thing about the watch she had selected.. and hers is also delayed until the 25th.. so maybe it isn’t

I changed my band to product red on a SBSS form whatever the standard one was and picked up earlier
