Give me some of that false hope, baby! Mine has been siting in Shanghai since Friday - to be sent (to Chermany)...
I'm just starting to get a little narked with Apple now...Quite a few BTO's ordered before mine have been delivered, I have a buyer for my current imac who won't wait forever, and I'm still stuck in processing...
You ordered 14th December, I suspect you will change over to preparing for shipment towards the end of this week or beginning of next. My calculations of course. For what it's worth, not that I expect it to make you feel any better, I ordered originally on 4th December, given delivery estimate of 2-7 January, for whatever reason the payment didn't go through correctly so was reset on 14th December, at which point I was given the non-specific January date. At that point I then took the opportunity to change the spec to the 680MX rather than the stock 675MX which was supposed to only delay the order by 24 hrs max (apple's words, not mine) but seemed to have reset the clock. And it's still processing with no end in sight. But have waited almost a year for this so trying to remain patient through gritted teeth. Hope we see some progress soon.

Bizarre indeed. I bought an paid at a retail seller called FONA here in Denmark.
I've wrote them an email a couple of times, but still no delivery date
I suspect my order is postponed, because I bought at a retail shop, damn

I'll be getting my replacement 27-inch iMac Friday if all goes well. Someone in the world is going to be very upset with me.
iMac Finally arrived today....and I've updated the tracking spreadsheet mentioned above:
- ordered late on the 5th December (predicted delivery 3rd to 10th jan.)
- preparing to ship on the 31st December
- shipped on the 2nd Jan.
- left China on Virgin Air early on the 4th Jan.
- arrived Heathrow on the evening of the 4th jan.
- enjoyed site seeing at Heathrow until the 7th
- Then whisked from London to Tamworth to Devon by UPS in 26 hours (got about 16 hours notice indirectly from checking the tracking sites)
- arrived on the 8th.
- she who must be obeyed won't let me unpack it until Saturday 12th.
- very aesthetically pleasing rhomboidal box to look at though

Just add another - you get this sometimes when people apply filters, delete lines etc.,

I don't know but mine today was in Germany and now is just arrived in Warsav and should deliver tomorrow morning...
